These Terms and Policy (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Glyph Praxis website, the Glyph Praxis application, and any related content or services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Entertainment Only — No Professional Advice

The Service is intended for entertainment, inspiration, and general well-being exploration. It is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Astrology, melothesia, and the body-and-sky correspondences used by Glyph Praxis are not scientifically established and should be treated as a creative, reflective practice rather than fact. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or received through the Service.

2. Health, Movement & Safety

Glyph Praxis suggests movement, exercise, breathwork, and stretching. Physical activity carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or movement practice, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical condition. Always warm up, work within your own limits, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You voluntarily participate in any activity suggested by the Service and do so entirely at your own risk. Glyph Praxis is not responsible for any injury, harm, or loss resulting from your use of the Service.

3. No Medical, Psychological, or Financial Advice

The Service does not provide medical, mental-health, nutritional, financial, or legal advice and is not a licensed provider of any of these. For decisions about your health, finances, or other important matters, consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.

4. Membership & Billing

Some features require a paid membership. Membership is offered as a recurring subscription: a monthly plan (with a free first month where indicated) or an annual plan, at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of your current paid period. Prices and plans may change on a going-forward basis. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already started. Billing is handled by Shopify and the applicable payment processor; please review their terms as well.

5. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, circumventing the membership paywall, copying or redistributing its content, reverse-engineering it, or using it in any unlawful manner.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, design, text, and software are owned by Glyph Praxis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use; no other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or guidance it provides is accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glyph Praxis and its owners, operators, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or injury arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
